Based on our strict hiring techniques and supervising procedures, our clients can have complete confidence in leaving a key to their home with us. This method is by far the most convenient and does not require the home owner to be present during the cleanings. All keys are the responsibility of the supervisor and are hand delivered to the branch manager at the end of the day where they are locked in a strong box for safe keeping.
The second method is to leave the key in a designated hiding spot where our supervisor can locate it, gain access to the home, and then replace it after the cleaning.
The third method is for the homeowner to be present upon arrival and then allow our team to lock up behind them after completion.
Finally, the homeowner can choose to be present during the duration of the cleaning.
